Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

1. Reach out to us at goldenlotus035@gmail.com.
2. We will ask you to share the product’s images and would verify the same.
3. Post verification, we would initiate the return process. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we would do a quality check and initiate a refund or exchange.
4. Please note that we do not refund the Shipping Charges incurred by you.
5. Please note that we would not initiate the refund if we receive a damaged, defective, used product or product not in the original condition or without tags, labels, and original packaging.

Payment method for a refund:

A refund will be processed back via the same payment method. The timeline for the same would be 5-7 working days. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The refund would be initiated once the product is received at the source hub.

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, packaging, etc.
3. Product is used or altered.
4. If the request is initiated after three days of order delivery.
5. If the returned product fails Quality Check.
